Why our model just... makes sense

Paying a big upfront fee for a brand new hire has always felt a bit backwards. You’re putting down thousands before you even know if they’ll stick around. If they don’t, you’re stuck arguing rebate terms and starting all over again.

We’ve scrapped that idea completely. With our ‘pay as they stay’ model, you only pay if your hire is performing in the role. If they leave, your payments stop, it’s that simple. Our fee is directly tied to the candidates longevity in your the business, which means our interests are aligned with yours from day one.

  • What kind of roles is this best for?
    Any role where you don’t have the time (or want) to manage the process yourself. Admins, salespeople, marketing execs, accountants, engineers, if you need someone solid and want it handled properly, we’ve got it.
  • How does your pricing work?
    Instead of one big lump sum on hire and hoping that your candidate stays - you pay a small percentage each month the candidate actually stays. It’s entirely performance-based, if they leave, the payments stop. Simple.
  • Do I pay anything upfront?
    Nope. You only pay once we’ve found you someone and they’ve started.
  • What’s included in the service?
    Everything. Writing ads, posting across job boards, proactive sourcing, shortlisting, screening, telephone interviews, we’ll fully manage it. You just meet the best ones.
  • Do you use AI to screen candidates?
    No chance. Every candidate is screened by a real recruiter. Proper conversations, no automation.
  • What are the exclusivity terms?
    We only work exclusively with our clients. Whether you’re using us to power your in-house hiring or handing it over entirely, we don’t compete with other agencies. It’s cleaner, more effective, and ensures candidates aren’t being bombarded from every direction. You get our full focus, and your brand gets represented properly.
  • Do you send over CVs for me to sort through?
    No, we shortlist properly. Every candidate you see will be screened, spoken to, and relevant to your job. No CV dumps here.
  • What happens if the hire doesn’t work out?
    You stop paying. No chasing us for refunds, no awkward rebate requests. You only pay if the person sticks.
